HELLO, EVERYDAY BUILDS.
AI is too useful
to only chat with.
Build the web tools and apps you have always wanted with AI, and follow along with every step.
Most of us still only chat with AI.
AI is already part of everyday life, yet most of us stop at asking questions and reading answers. It can do much more. That small hassle you have put up with because no service fit quite right? AI can help you build a little web tool or app that solves it.
Everyday Builds shows how. Each note follows the same path: the problem, the request to AI, where things got stuck and how they were fixed, and what using it was actually like. The goal is to show that by following along, anyone can build and use the tools they need.
It starts with an everyday problem.
Notice a small recurring problem, explain what a tool should do to AI, and try making it. The finished screen is only the beginning: the journal follows what helps in real life and what needs to change.
The notes are for people with little coding experience, including those who do not yet have an idea to build. They focus on why a tool is needed, how to explain the request, and how to verify the result.
What matters is using it.
Specific firsthand experience matters more than build time or feature count. The journal includes bug fixes, removed features, and experiments that are stopped. Personal tools can stay private while screens and examples make the experience understandable.
Everyday does not mean every single day.
Everyday Builds means making things as part of everyday life. There is no rule to publish daily or finish a program every day. Start with three tools that are actually needed, then let problems discovered during use guide the next ones.
20 small tools
A first practice goal. It counts only tools actually built and used, not posts.
One experience, two languages.
The same brand, with natural phrasing in each language. Korean and English tell the same experience, and changes are reflected in both. Korean screen text is explained for English readers.
Experience and examples stay distinct.
AI can help organize material, draft, edit, and translate. The author checks the actual screens and results. Unverified experiences, numbers, and features are not invented, and hypothetical examples are explicitly labeled.
